Walking is a very good form of exercise. We generally take the subway, bus or taxi to work, instead of doing that you can always walk to your work place and if your office is too far off, you can walk half the way and then take a taxi or bus. Other than that, you can do some brisk walking early in the day or in the evening. Therefore by walking you can burn the extra calories you consume and tone the muscles in your legs.

Going to the gym is an option for people who take fitness seriously and can afford it lot of people also like jogging. Exercising for at least two hours a day at a stretch will actually keep you fit but for people who do not have time, these two hours can be distributed throughout the day.

To begin with, keep yourself hydrated. Drink lots of water and juice throughout the day. Water helps in letting your system run smoothly and increase your water intake if you are working out in a proper technical way.
Avoid sugary drinks. If plain water doesn’t suit your taste buds try drinking green tea. Green tea is drink that is good for slimming and has anti-oxidants that flush out the toxins from your body. Make a tasty iced tea with green tea, honey and lemon.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but most people choose to ignore it. It is important to have a wholesome breakfast because the body metabolism is the highest in the morning.
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid food that has a high fat and sugar content. Fatty food is difficult to digest and stays in your body as adipose tissues.
Consume less amount of food but do not miss out on any meal. Make sure your diet has all the important nutrients required for the body. You must also consume some amount of fat as it is important for the body.
Once you are on a stable and healthy diet you can couple that with yoga and meditation. Yoga helps in keeping the body fit and many meditation techniques are used in calming the mind. A healthy mind always leads to a healthy body. If you are stress free then your mind is more focused and you body is automatically fitter and healthier.
However, people can’t stop themselves from binging. People usually binge on fatty food like chips and chocolate, instead of that train you to binge on carrot sticks, cucumber, biscuits and celery.
